Privacy Policy

Stem Splitter collects no data. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs, and it makes no network requests. Your audio never leaves your device.
Who we are
Stem Splitter is published by ARS PROGRAMMATICA REKLAMCILIK VE MEDYA İLETİŞİM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Stem Splitter iOS app.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect, transmit, store on our systems, sell or share any personal data, and we do not track you across apps or websites. We do not ask you to create an account, and there is no way to sign in.
Because we collect nothing, there is no data for us to lose in a breach, hand to a third party, or be compelled to disclose.
Your audio
Songs you import, the separated stems, and everything derived from them — waveforms, tempo, key, chord analysis and mixer settings — are processed and stored only on your device, inside the app's own storage area.
Audio separation runs locally using a machine-learning model bundled inside the app and Apple's on-device frameworks. Nothing is uploaded for processing, and no audio is sent anywhere at any point. Deleting a song in the app removes its files from your device; deleting the app removes all of them.

Permissions
Microphone — requested only if you choose to record audio inside the app. Recordings are saved to your device and treated exactly like any other imported song. If you never use the recorder, the permission is never requested.
Files — when you import a song, iOS shows its own file picker and hands the app the single file you chose. The app cannot browse your files on its own.
Purchases
Stem Splitter Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes the payment and tells the app whether a valid purchase exists. We never see your name, email address, payment details or Apple Account. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, regardless of age.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to return or erase. The content inside the app is under your direct control and can be deleted at any time from the app itself.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date. If a future release ever introduced data collection, we would say so plainly and ask for consent before it took effect.
